Cathy Cannizzaro - Cathy Cannizzaro has been a principal of and on the OMS staff since its inception in 1997.  Cathy handles all membership information and maintains client databases; she maintains books and records for client associations; helps coordinate conventions, leadership retreats and educational events; drafts & produces newsletters; distributes mailings and electronic broadcast of information. Cathy has a background in the legal and accounting communities as well as the Colorado Court System.  Cathy has also owned and managed several businesses including a real estate office, motel, restaurant and lounge, and an internet sales company.

 

Eric R. Morgan   - Eric Morgan is an attorney, lobbyist, campaign consultant, and principal of OMS. Through OMS, he serves as Executive Director for both the Land Title Association of Colorado and the Colorado Greyhound Kennel Association.  He is also the owner of E.R. Morgan & Associates, a lobbying and campaign consulting firm.  His lobbying clients have included Bicycle Colorado, Roche Pharmaceuticals, the Colorado Rockies, Interwest Energy Alliance, the Pendulum Foundation and J. William Artist & Associates (Denver Broncos Football Club, Colorado Restaurant Association).  As a campaign consultant, Eric has played a prominent role and some of the highest profile ballot measure victories in recent Colorado history, including the passage of the FasTracks proposal in 2004, the overwhelming defeat of Amendment 24 in 2000, and the voter approval of Invesco Field at Mile High. He has also appeared as a panelist on PBS’s nationally broadcast public issues forum DebatesDebates. Eric’s legal experience includes time at Baker & McKenzie  and Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard in New York City.  At the University of Colorado School of Law, he was Managing Editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law & Policy.   Prior to law school, he worked as a teacher and school administrator, as well as founding and managing an international trading company. Eric is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Thailand 1989-91).

Jennifer Simmerman   - Jennifer Simmerman is the newest member of the OMS team.  Jennifer has a law degree from the University of Colorado, and a background in human resources.  Jennifer is a former prosecutor, and has been with OMS since 2005.  She is responsible for client communication, marketing and meeting planning.
